- 12 month, fixed fee contract
- Clients have the flexibility to choose the services they require and the level of support they feel they need.
- Fixed number of contracts to be newly drafted or reviewed agreed at the outset;
- Client's to choose the type and level of ad hoc services required, for example the retainer could be wholly commercial property or a combination of corporate, employment & HR, commercial contracts and commercial property;
- Agreed level of ad hoc support per month - flexibility to move one month's allowance to alternative month.
- Fixed number of contracts to be newly drafted or reviewed agreed at the outset;
High Level Support - Responsive Services and Reflective Billing
- Suited to larger businesses with high levels of legal needs

- Length of contract - negotiable
- Flexible pricing based on actual usage in the previous 3 months - meaning you only pay for what you have used
